According to court documents, on November 18, New Bethlehem Borough Police Department filed charges against. 29-year-old Butch Andrew Wiencek, of Parker. He was arraigned at 10:30 p.m. on November 18 in Magisterial District Judge Amy Long Turk’s office. He was charged with the following offenses: Theft By Unlawful Taking-Movable Property, Felony 3 Unauthorized Use Motor/Other Vehicles Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor (two counts) Marijuana-Small Amt Personal Use, Misdemeanor Unable to post $25,000.00 monetary bail, he was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.
