The revitalization of downtown Oil City through physical improvements, business support and development, promotional activities and clean-up projects. Some of our initiatives include Oil City Outdoor Murals, “Oil City Uncorked” Wine Walks, Music on the Square, Oil City Farmers’ Market, Best Dressed Windows, business workshops, façade improvements, the Center Street Bridge Illumination Project, seasonal planting projects, Adopt-A-Block and many more.

MISSION STATEMENT: To make Oil City’s downtown business district attractive and vibrant, providing a foundation for the healthy growth and success of current and future businesses and residents. Our downtown will become a regional destination for visitors to enjoy the arts, recreation & entertainment by leveraging our rich heritage and natural resources.
